The most important question to ask yourself is "are they a member of the MBA of Pierce County"?  Members of the Master Builders Association of Pierce County are licensed, bonded and insured. They go through the proper steps to insure your new home is up to building code standards. Often members choose to advance their knowledge of the latest trends and building codes through many of the classes from the National Association of Home Builders and the Building Industry Association of Washington.
